The room consists of two separate rooms. Both rooms share the same full bathroom with hot water. The first room has one queen size bed for two people, a big dresser, and an air conditioner.
The second bedroom has two small twin beds, a small couch, a small fridge, a dining table with two chairs, and an air conditioner.

OCEAN VIEW ROOM
This room has an ocean view on the 2nd floor of the yellow brick building.
This newly constructed room has two queen size beds, one full bathroom with hot water, an air conditioner, a big couch, and a nightstand.

Judy Cruz - Owner
Judy was born in the Dominican Republic and at a very early age, emigrated with her family to the United States with hopes of a better life.
She worked hard and was successful on many fronts but there was always a nagging desire to return home to her place of birth. In 2018 she liquidated all of her assets and returned to her hometown of Jaibon City and began to invest in real estate.
The Cruz hotel site became available in 2020, and she was successful in acquiring it. A barren strip of dirt but adjacent to the ocean! Beautiful. With no experienced but a burning desire to build something of her own, off she went.
There were many challenges being a single woman in the building industry in the DR, but she persevered and slowly began to build. She had a vision of a small non-traditional hotel where people could wander freely, interact openly, and have a sense of home.
Villa Cruz has evolved to support the kitesurfing world as the hotel philosophy is well suited to the kiting way of life. It is not uncommon for guests to extend stays for weeks and sometimes months.
We have accumulated friendships from around the world and our client base is quickly becoming repeat visitors. The Villa Cruz hotel continues to expand with the love and support of our clients and the grace of God!
Judy is fluent in Spanish and English and has recently undertaken French which has served invaluable to service our overseas clients. We are excited about the future and continue to be blessed with amazing people visiting.
